Sam Pollock is Chief Executive Officer of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure business and Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Infrastructure Partners. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations and the expansion of the Infrastructure business.

Since joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 1994, Mr. Pollock has held a number of senior positions across the organization, including leading Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s corporate investment group and its private equity business.

Mr. Pollock holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Scott Peak is Co-President and Head of North America for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Peak is responsible for regional oversight and investment strategy leadership. In addition, Mr. Peak is involved in the screening and evaluation of global investment initiatives. 
  
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2016, Mr. Peak spent a decade at a leading investment firm, where he focused on the infrastructure sector. Previously, Mr. Peak worked in the mergers and acquisitions investment banking group at a leading investment bank in New York.

Mr. Peak holds a Master of Finance degree from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College.

Stewart Upson is Co-President and Head of Asia Pacific for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Upson is responsible for regional oversight and investment strategy leadership. In addition, Mr. Upson is involved in the screening and evaluation of global investment initiatives.  Mr. Upson is also the Regional Head of Asia Pacific for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û, with responsibility for overseeing the Asset Manager¡¯s business activities in the region.

Mr. Upson joined Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2010, following Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s acquisition of the Australian-listed company, Prime Infrastructure, where he held several senior roles. He previously served as Treasurer at a New Zealand-based utility.

Mr. Upson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland and is a CFA charterholder.

Arpit Agrawal is a Managing Partner and Head of India and the Middle East for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Agrawal is responsible for all infrastructure investment and portfolio management activity in the region.
  
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s in 2016, Mr. Agrawal was a vice president for an infrastructure asset manager.
  
Mr. Agrawal holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor¡¯s degree from the National Institute of Technology Allahabad.

Marcos Almeida is a Managing Partner and Head of South America for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Almeida is responsible for all infrastructure investment and portfolio management activity in the region.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2003, Mr. Almeida worked for an international consulting firm, several accounting firms in Brazil and Switzerland, and for a large bank in Germany.

Mr. Almeida holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of S?o Paulo and a Bachelor¡¯s degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.

Brian Baker is an Operating Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Baker works primarily with our midstream operating companies to set strategic direction, manage risk and support growth initiatives to create long-term value. 

Since joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2007, Mr. Baker has held several senior roles across the Infrastructure Group.  

Mr. Baker holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Chloe Berry is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Ms. Berry is the Head of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Infrastructure Income Strategy and is also responsible for the group¡¯s global capital markets and treasury function.
 
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2017, Ms. Berry worked in corporate finance and M&A at large multinational corporations and a global investment bank.
 
Ms. Berry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University.

Keshav Bhojania is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, he is responsible for the infrastructure structured solutions business in Europe.
 
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2021, Mr. Bhojania worked in the advisory group at a leading investment bank, where he was responsible for M&A and financings across the natural resources sector, including infrastructure.
  
Mr. Bhojania earned a Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delhi.

Michael Botha is an Operating Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Botha oversees operations, risk management and a variety of asset management activities for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s open-ended core infrastructure fund and its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2001, Mr. Botha worked in the audit practice of a Big Four accounting firm.

Mr. Botha holds a Bachelor¡¯s degree from Queen¡¯s University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Carlos Castro is an Operating Partner in Latin America as well as Country Head in Colombia for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. He is responsible for asset management activities in Colombia.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2012, Mr. Castro held corporate finance roles in the financial and industrial sectors in Colombia, Washington, D.C., and S?o Paulo. He also worked in investment banking in Colombia and as the Chief Financial Officer of two Colombian companies.

Mr. Castro holds a Master of Science degree from the London Business School and a Bachelor¡¯s degree from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogot¨¢.

Carl Ching is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Ching responsible for transaction structuring in Canada and South America as well as related operational and tax oversight matters.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2012, Mr. Ching worked in the transaction tax group for a leading accounting firm where he advised strategic and private equities on acquisitions, dispositions and international organizations.

Mr. Ching holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University.  He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant.

Alexandra Cohl is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û's Infrastructure Group. In this role, she leads acquisition financing and capital markets activity for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s infrastructure platform.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2018, Ms. Cohl worked for a Canadian bank where she most recently held a director role in debt capital markets.

Ms. Cohl holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

Fred Day is a Managing Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Day leads the legal activities of the Infrastructure Group in North America and has legal oversight over Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s infrastructure credit investments and capital markets activities.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2015, Mr. Day was an associate at a leading law firm.

Mr. Day holds a Juris Doctor degree from the SMU Dedman School of Law, a Master of Business Administration degree from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston.

Anita Dusevic Oliva is an Operating Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Ms. Dusevic Oliva is responsible for enhancing the organizational effectiveness and strategic capability of infrastructure portfolio companies.
 
Ms. Dusevic Oliva joined Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2022 following its acquisition of Inter Pipeline Ltd. where she held several roles over her tenure, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, she was a lawyer at a Canadian law firm.
 
Ms. Dusevic Oliva holds Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Calgary.

Patrick Enriquez is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Enriquez is responsible for business development and transaction execution across Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure funds in North America.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2015, Mr. Enriquez held successive investment banking roles at a leading investment bank.

Mr. Enriquez holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Gallen.

Rodrigo Franco is a Managing Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group and is responsible for originating, executing, and overseeing investments in Europe.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2010, Mr. Franco worked at a leading investment bank in the leveraged finance restructuring and origination group and in the corporate finance group of a Peruvian bank.

Mr. Franco holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor¡¯s degree from Universidad del Pac¨ªfico in Lima, Peru.

Angel Garcia-Altozano Fesser is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Garcia-Altozano is primarily responsible for leading transportation-related investment activities in Europe.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2020, Mr. Garcia-Altozano was a senior investment professional at a leading private infrastructure equity investor. 

Mr. Garcia-Altozano holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from CUNEF.

Matthew Grimes is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Grimes is responsible for business development and transaction execution across Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s infrastructure funds in Asia Pacific.
  
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2018, Mr. Grimes was an Associate Director with a Canadian pension plan investor and previously worked at a leading investment bank in Sydney, where he focused on the infrastructure sector.
  
Mr. Grimes holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with first class honours from the University of Sydney.

Natalie Hadad is a Managing Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group and co-Head of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s open-end core infrastructure fund. In this role, Ms. Hadad oversees the origination, execution, and asset management of the firm¡¯s infrastructure super-core investments.
 
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2013, Ms. Hadad was an investment professional in the private equity group of a leading investment manager.

Ms. Hadad holds a Master of Science degree from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Sophia Hanna is an Operating Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Ms. Hanna is responsible for information technology and cybersecurity due diligence processes across infrastructure and private equity. 
 
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2017, Ms. Hanna held various information technology executive roles in the logistics, automotive, manufacturing, publishing, telecommunication, wholesale and retail industries.
  
Ms. Hanna holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Edinburgh Graduate School and a Bachelor¡¯s degree from the University of Toronto. Ms. Hanna is a Professional Engineer and a Chartered Accountant.

Jack Hellmann is a Vice Chair in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. He is also Executive Chairman of Genesee & Wyoming (G&W), which was acquired by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Infrastructure in 2019.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2023, Mr. Hellmann served in various roles at G&W including Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, G&W grew its global operations from 21 railroads to 119 railroads.

Mr. Hellmann holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, a Master of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University. He serves on the Boards of Triton International and the Association of American Railroads.

Taka Hirayama is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Hirayama is responsible for leading business development and transaction execution in Japan.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2023, Mr. Hirayama worked for a leading private equity firm, an investment bank and two Japanese corporations where he was responsible for energy and infrastructure investments across Asia as well as the Middle East and Africa.
  
Mr. Hirayama holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Waseda University.

Keir Hunt is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Hunt is responsible for all legal aspects of infrastructure transactions in North America.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2021, Mr. Hunt was an Assistant Vice President at a Canadian corporation, responsible for mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and public company matters as the General Counsel of two listed companies. Mr. Hunt began his career at a leading Canadian law firm, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance.

Mr. Hunt holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen¡¯s University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Thompson Rivers University.

Matthew Hutton is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Hutton is primarily responsible for leading midstream and industrial infrastructure-related investment activities in North America.
 
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2016, Mr. Hutton was a manager of corporate development with a major U.S. conglomerate and previously worked for a leading investment bank in New York, where he focused on the infrastructure sector.
 
Mr. Hutton holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with concentrations in Finance and Mathematics, from Ithaca College.

Dave Joynt is a Managing Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Joynt is primarily responsible for leading transportation-related investment activities in North America.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2020, Mr. Joynt was a senior principal at a leading Canadian pension investor on its infrastructure team across several geographies, including working as CFO of its Australian rail business. Previously, Mr. Joynt worked for private equity and advisory.

Mr. Joynt holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar, and an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business, where he graduated as an Ivey Scholar.

Hamish Kidd is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group.  In this role, he is responsible for the infrastructure structured solutions business in the Americas.
 
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2021, Mr. Kidd worked for two leading investment banks, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the infrastructure sector.
  
Mr. Kidd holds a Master of Finance degree from INSEAD, and Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Canterbury.

Christina Kim is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Credit Group. In this role, she is responsible for the origination, execution and management of global infrastructure direct high grade and crossover credit investments.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2022, Ms. Kim led a team at Prudential Private Capital, where she was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and managing global infrastructure debt investments. Ms. Kim previously held roles at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup within the investment banking divisions.

Ms. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Aaron Kline is a Managing Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Kline is responsible for leading the global tax function for the infrastructure business. Mr. Kline is also the Head of Global Tax for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û, with responsibility for overseeing the Asset Manager¡¯s tax function, including tax strategy, risk management, tax authority audits and compliance.

Mr. Kline joined Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2009 and previously held several tax-related positions in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Corporate, Private Equity and Infrastructure Groups. Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û, he worked in the tax practice of a global public accounting firm.

Mr. Kline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.

Winnie Kong is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Ms. Kong is responsible for tax structuring In Australia and Asia Pacific as well as portfolio company management.
 
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2007, Ms. Kong held roles with an Australian power company and a leading accounting firm.
  
Ms. Kong holds a Master of Taxation Law from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Finance degree from the University of New South Wales. Ms. Kong is also member of the Chartered Accountants Institute in Australia.

David Krant is a Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Krant has overall responsibility for the group¡¯s finance, tax, treasury, and investor relations activities. 
  
Mr. Krant joined Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2012 and has held several senior roles within the organization. Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û, Mr. Krant worked in the assurance and advisory group at one of the Big Four accounting firms.
  
Mr. Krant is a graduate of the School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, and he is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Rene Lubianski is a Managing Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Lubianski is responsible for corporate development, capital raising, co-investments, investor relations and other strategic initiatives for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s infrastructure funds.
 
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2010, Mr. Lubianski worked at a global investment bank in its financial advisory group, focused on infrastructure investments.

Mr. Lubianski holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Becky Lumlock is an Operating Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û's Infrastructure Group. In this role, Ms. Lumlock is responsible for working with European portfolio companies to support their growth and to mitigate risk. Ms. Lumlock also provides global oversight of health, safety, security and environment programs for our portfolio companies. 

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2022, Ms. Lumlock was an executive at a U.K. rail network operator. Previously, she worked internationally on four continents for two global oil companies in a wide range of senior leadership positions including Country Deputy President and COO. 

Ms. Lumlock holds a combined Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and sociology from the University of York.

Roberto Marcogliese is a Managing Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Marcogliese is the Data Sector head for Americas, and is primarily responsible for data sector related business development and transaction execution in both North and South America.
 
Mr. Marcogliese has held several roles within Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û, and most recently was the Operating Partner in Europe for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2010, Mr. Marcogliese worked at a Toronto-based merchant banking group.

Mr. Marcogliese holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

Hadley Peer Marshall is the Chief Financial Officer of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the firm¡¯s finance, treasury, tax and investor relations functions. She is also a Managing Partner and co-Head of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s infrastructure debt and structured solutions businesses, where she oversees the origination, execution and asset management of the Firm's infrastructure credit and structured solutions investments.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2015, Ms. Peer Marshall was Co-Head of the project finance and infrastructure group at a leading investment bank, where she was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and advising on infrastructure and project financings for clients.

Ms. Peer Marshall holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 

Fernando Martinez-Caro is an Operating Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û's Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Martinez-Caro is responsible for working with North American and European portfolio companies to support their growth and to mitigate risk.
 
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2014, Mr. Martinez-Caro worked for several decades in civil construction, mining and investments in Spain, Canada, U.K., U.S. and Brazil.

Mr. Martinez-Caro holds a Master of Business Administration degree from IESE Business School and Master of Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Civil Engineering degrees from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. Mr. Martinez-Caro sits on several Boards of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Infrastructure-owned assets.

Udhay Mathialagan is a Managing Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group and the CEO of the Global Data Center group. In this role, Mr. Mathialagan is responsible for asset management of our existing data center assets. Mr. Mathialagan is also the Data Sector Head for Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2018, Mr. Mathialagan was the Chief Executive Officer of a global telecom portfolio management software company in Singapore. Mr. Mathialagan has held leadership positions in investment management, infrastructure and growth businesses in telecommunications and technology sectors in Asia Pacific and Europe.
 
Mr. Mathialagan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, the Netherlands and is currently Chair of the Board of DCI, and Chair of the Board of Vodafone New Zealand.

Gabriele Montesi is an Operating Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û's Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Montesi is responsible for working with European portfolio companies to support their growth and to mitigate risk.
 
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2010, he worked in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets for a leading investment bank.

Mr. Montesi holds a combined Bachelor of Arts degree from Regent¡¯s University London.

Mark Murski is a Managing Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group and Operating Partner for North America. Mr. Murski is also accountable for leading our asset disposition activities.

Mr. Murski joined Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2003 focusing on financings, acquisitions, and divestitures. Between 2006 and 2015 he worked for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Financial, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s global advisory practice, where he ran the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

Mr. Murski is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business, a Chartered Professional Accountant, and a CFA charterholder.

David Nazzicone is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Nazzicone is responsible for leading the global portfolio management finance function.
 
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2013, Mr. Nazzicone was in the assurance and advisory group at one of the Big Four accounting firms.

Mr. Nazzicone holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University, and he is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Ray Neill is an Operating Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û's Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Neill is responsible for working with Asia Pacific portfolio companies to support their growth and to mitigate risk.

Mr. Neill joined Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2010, following Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s acquisition of the Australian-listed company, Prime Infrastructure, where he worked in the investment group. Previously, Mr. Neill worked in the transport group of a leading strategy consulting firm.
 
Mr. Neill holds a Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Bachelor¡¯s degree in engineering from the University of Queensland.

Felipe Ortiz is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Ortiz is responsible for leading the origination and execution of European deals for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s open-end core infrastructure fund.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û, Mr. Ortiz worked at an investment bank in New York, providing mergers and acquisitions and capital markets advisory to infrastructure funds.

Mr. Ortiz holds a Master of Science degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Universidad de los Andes.

Jun Park is a Managing Partner and Head of South Korea in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Park is responsible for all infrastructure investment and portfolio management activity in the country and supports infrastructure investment activities in North Asia. Mr. Park is also country head for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in South Korea, with responsibility for overseeing the Asset Manager¡¯s business activities in the country.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2021, Mr. Park was a Managing Director and founding member of Korea¡¯s largest private equity firm. He began his career at a leading investment bank in New York.

Mr. Park holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ronald Paz is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s infrastructure group. In this role, Mr. Paz is responsible for business development and transaction execution across Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s infrastructure funds in South America.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2010, Mr. Paz worked in the private equity group of an international bank and at a middle market private equity fund.

Mr. Paz holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont McKenna College. Mr. Paz has served as the chairman of the board of Autopista Vespucio Norte since 2011.

Sikander Rashid is the Head of Europe for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Rashid is responsible for overseeing all infrastructure investment and portfolio management activity in the region. Mr. Rashid is also the Head of Europe for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û, with responsibility for overseeing the Asset Manager¡¯s business activities in the region.

Mr. Rashid joined Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2012 and has held progressively senior roles within the organization.

Mr. Rashid holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.

Daniel Reidy is an Operating Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û's Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Reidy is responsible for working with North American portfolio companies to support their growth and to mitigate risk.

Mr. Reidy joined Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2011 as part of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Financial, the firm¡¯s global advisory business, where he oversaw the infrastructure advisory activities. Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û, Mr. Reidy was a director at an industrial services provider, with a focus on project finance and infrastructure development.

Mr. Reidy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Northumbria, England.

Jeff Rosenthal is a Vice Chair and Operating Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Rosenthal provides oversight of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s utility investments, as well as risk management, capital expenditure and sustainability oversight as the group¡¯s Chief Risk Officer.
 
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2007, Mr. Rosenthal was President and Chief Executive Officer of Oshawa Power and Utilities in Ontario.

Mr. Rosenthal has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering degree from the University of Toronto.

Michael Ryan is a Managing Director and Counsel in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Ryan is responsible for overseeing the legal function in the Asia Pacific region and the corporate administration of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Infrastructure Partners.

Mr. Ryan joined Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2010, following Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s acquisition of the Australian listed company, Prime Infrastructure, where he served as general counsel and company secretary. Prior to this role, he was an associate at a leading law firm.

Mr. Ryan holds a Graduate Diploma in applied finance from the Securities Institute of Australia and dual bachelor¡¯s degrees from Griffith University.

Eduardo Salgado is a Managing Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group and co-Head of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s open-end core infrastructure fund. In this role, Mr. Salgado oversees the origination, execution, and asset management of the firm¡¯s infrastructure super-core investments.
 
Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2011, Mr. Salgado worked in the power and infrastructure practice at a major Canadian investment bank.
 
Mr. Salgado holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Instituto Tecnol¨®gico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico.

Jonathon Sellar is an Operating Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û's Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Sellar is responsible for working with Australian portfolio companies to support their growth and to mitigate risk.
 
Mr. Sellar joined Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2010, following Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s acquisition of the Australian-listed company, Prime Infrastructure, where he served as the Chief Financial Officer since 2002. Previously, he held senior roles at a leading power company in Australia and at a Big Four accounting firm.

Mr. Sellar holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the Queensland University of Technology and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia since 1996.

Paul Sim is a Managing Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û's Infrastructure Group and serves as Head of Legal for the Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Sim is responsible for the legal function globally including oversight of legal and transaction execution activities. 
 
Mr. Sim joined Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2010, upon Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s acquisition of Prime Infrastructure. Prior to this role, he worked at several international law firms where he focused on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions in the infrastructure sector.  
 
Mr. Sim holds Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Adelaide.

Ian Simes is a Managing Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Credit Group and co-Head of its infrastructure debt and structured solutions businesses. In this role, Mr. Simes oversees the origination, execution and asset management of the firm's infrastructure credit and structured solutions investments.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2015, Mr. Simes was a director on the infrastructure team of the capital markets origination group at a leading investment bank, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and advising on infrastructure financings for clients in the capital markets.

Mr. Simes holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

John Stinebaugh is a Vice Chair of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group and is particularly focused on the infrastructure debt and structured solutions businesses. Prior to this role, Mr. Stinebaugh served as Head of the credit and secondaries strategy for the infrastructure group. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer for TerraForm, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Property Group and Chief Financial Officer and Head of North America for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group.

Before joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2005, Mr. Stinebaugh worked in the energy group at a leading finance services company, with responsibility for mergers and acquisitions and leveraged financings.

Mr. Stinebaugh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University.

Thomas Tates is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Tates is responsible for leading the human resources function for the infrastructure business.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2015, Mr. Tates held progressively senior human resources roles in Canada and the U.S. with a leading retailer of energy services.
  
Mr. Tates holds a Master¡¯s degree in industrial relations and human resources from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Toronto Metropolitan University.

Ben Vaughan is an Operating Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group and is responsible for overseeing all global asset management initiatives.

Since joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2001, Mr. Vaughan has held several leadership roles across the Infrastructure Group and broader Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û.

Mr. Vaughan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen¡¯s University.

Eric Wittleder is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Credit Group. In this role, Mr. Wittleder serves as Deputy CIO of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s infrastructure high yield debt strategy and supports the oversight of the underwriting of its global credit investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2017, Mr. Wittleder worked for several leading investment banks, raising debt capital for energy and infrastructure projects in the U.S. and Latin America.

Mr. Wittleder holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University.

Alex Yang is a Managing Partner and head of Greater China and Southeast Asia for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Private Equity Group and he also leads the Infrastructure Group in Greater China. He is responsible for the origination, execution and operation of investments in the region.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2021, Mr. Yang held senior positions for a couple of global private equity groups based in Hong Kong and Beijing. Prior to those, Mr. Yang held positions in New York in investment banking and practiced as a private equity attorney in Chicago in a global law firm.

Mr. Yang holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University in China.

Alfredo Zamarriego is a Managing Partner in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group and the Regional Head of Southern Europe for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û, specifically Spain, Italy and Portugal.

Mr. Zamarriego joined Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2014 and facilitated the opening of its Madrid office, where he is currently based, helping to establish the Firm¡¯s presence in continental Europe. He previously held several senior positions in investment banking and private equity within the infrastructure industry in Europe.

Mr. Zamarriego holds a Law degree and a Bachelor¡¯s degree in Economics from the ICADE University in Madrid.

Fernando Ziziotti is a Managing Director in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Ziziotti is responsible for all legal aspects of infrastructure transactions in South America.

Prior to joining Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2014, Mr. Ziziotti was an associate at leading law firms in Brazil and New York, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
 
Mr. Ziziotti holds a law degree from Universidade de S?o Paulo and a Master of Laws degree from Stanford Law School. Mr. Ziziotti serves as a Board member at Nova Transportadora do Sudeste (NTS).
